Feed a Hungry Child in Nigeria

In the heart of Nigeria, thousands of children go to bed every night with empty stomachs. Some wake up in the morning with nothing to eat, and others survive on just one meal a day — if at all. I recently visited a rural community in Kano and what I saw broke my heart: children with swollen bellies from malnutrition, little ones too weak to play, and young girls and boys dropping out of school just to search for food. It’s painful to realize that while food is a basic right, millions of Nigerian children are being denied this chance to live and grow. No child should suffer or die simply because of hunger. That is why I am starting this project: “Feed a Hungry Child in Nigeria.”

💡 What We Aim to Do

• Provide nutritious daily meals for children in rural and low-income communities.
• Distribute school feeding packs (rice, beans, milk, and fruits) to encourage learning.
• Support families with basic food relief packs so children are not forced into child labor or street hawking.
